Sour stylebeer, it is brewed with mango puree and a touch of wasabi.

A yellow color like a fruit juice, with a fruity nose, acidulous notes and very little spice.

La Sanguine (5°) is a craft beer brewed by the microbrewery Iron Brewery in Montauban.

Wheat Ale stylebeer, it is a white beer brewed with hibiscus flowers, which give it its pinkish color.

With floral and fruity notes, it is both very thirst-quenching and slightly acidic.

Oatmeal Coffee Stout stylebeer, it combines the greediness of roasted malts and freshly ground coffee. On the palate, it comes out with slightly acidic flavors and notes of candied berries.

All in all, a truly original Stout that is off the beaten track.

Panna Cotta(10°) is a craft beer brewed by the Iron Brewery in Montauban.

Imperial Pastry Gose stylebeer with a tangy and very pastry base, it is a real dessert in a beer. It is brewed with strawberry, raspberry, cherry, red currant and a touch of lactose.

Theresult is a melt-in-your-mouthtexture with a tasty finish thanks to the use of mirabelle plums from Lorraine.

The Viking Beer(5.2°) is an artisanal beer brewed by the mead producer we work with, located in Jevenstedter in the north of Germany.

It's a traditional German brown beer and composed with 20% mead, the same as you can taste at our place.

Thebitterness is soft, the sweetness with a good taste of honey, it also has malty notes.
